THIS SEASON’S THEME: SAFETY

With constantly increasing numbers of public threats, both in the U.S. and globally, it is important to think about what safety means on both a political and a personal level. When do you feel most safe? Unsafe? What do you believe is most important to ensure the safety of your community and those around you? What does “safety” mean to you? How does your queer identity change your idea of or sense of safety? Our residential writers answered these questions and explored concept of what safety means to them in this collective.

Keeping in line with the concept of the zine, all profits will be donated to Trans Lifeline. Trans Lifeline is a trans-led non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of trans lives by responding to the critical needs of our community with direct service, material support, advocacy, and education. They offer services such as a hotline RUN by trans people, Microgrants that cover the full cost of legal gender affirming name and ID changes, and a slue of compiled resources for name and gender change assistance.
